Primal Joyous Almonds

add all ingredients except for the ice into a blender and liquify. use the cinnamon and sea salt to taste. recipe time depends on how much of a boss your blender is. keep adding ice until you get the consistency you desire. i go for a full cup to get a smoothie consistency.

if you\’d like, use this as a recovery drink and add chocolate whey.
