  • 2 lbs of ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Mix all the ingredients together, and form balls from the meat (I made them a touch smaller than a golf ball) If you make them a bit smaller, they are also great as appetizers!
  • Heat the oven to 180C (350F) and melt some coconut oil in an oven dish. Bake the meatballs until brown for about 30-40 mins.
