- 1 c. watermelon juice
- 1 c. water kefir
- Cut a watermelon in half and scoop the flesh or whatever it's called out with a big spoon. Set aside for later or eat. Whatever floats yer boat. : )
- Pour 1 cup of the juice left in the bottom of the rind into a measuring cup. Add in 1 cup of water kefir. Stir and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze. Enjoy.
